Yet another day

Looking back on my titles I am reminded of an oft seen note on my report cards of years past "Needs Work". I will sleep on it.
It is a bit strange...what isn't, but I kinda like quarantine. Clearly that is only a part of the picture but it puts me in touch with how good I have it. Slept late, breakfasted well, worked out in the basement, opened mail, listened and watched the Prime Ministers daily chat and the the Premiers press conference, which, given my general dislike of him wasn't bad.
Actually it was bad because he was presenting a picture of where we are, where we could have been and where we might get to if we are good and where we might get to if we are bad. The long and short of it is the government has good information and good advice and is doing the best we can hope for. The real outcome depends on how well we listen and follow instructions.
All of the above positioned me for lunch, a great soup prepared by my friend Ann, reading time...I have five months worth of magazines, a couple of texts, an hour walking on my treadmill while reading consumer reports and now this note before I move upstairs for dinner. Dinner will be soup, Chicken Cacciatore and apple crisp with a glass of 10 year old Cabernet Franc and then a little TV.
Not much room for belly aching here. I wish everyone had it so good.
