And now this...

It is snowing! Not a blizzard mind you but snow and this is the ninth of may. That is a bit much.

We are experiencing yet another POLAR VORTEX. In my next life I want a job in the Ministry of Scary Names, gotta be a cool place to work. Bunch of people with wicked senses of humour but I digress. It has been a cool spring both emotionally and climatologically and definitely not in the hipster sense of cool. I think we all need a bit more warmth even if it doesn't kill the Corono Virus. This however is not to be in the immediately foreseeable future. According to my phone which seems to know everything, we will not see a day over 20 degrees until the end of May. For my gardening friends the good news is no frost after the thirteenth but the ground is so cold that most stuff will be shocked if we put it out.

This is a year in which a really nice easy spring would have been very welcome. The Gods must be really annoyed with us.
